   If you’re like us, when you hit your mid-30s, you wanted to believe 40 was the “new” 30.  Middle age was something your parents dealt with -- not you.  Then “boom” -- middle age is knocking at your door -- or has already arrived.

 If you’re truly honest, you’ll have to admit these thoughts or some like them have crossed your mind in the past year or so.   They did ours.  What was even weirder was when some tell tale signs of the aging process started cropping up in our own bodies.
